Your fuel can is an essential part every fire performance & not all cans are created equal. Many paint cans come with a liner that will disintegrate with the caustic liquid, petroleum naphtha (commonly known as white gas) that is used to fire perform. They must come without this lining & also with a lid to ensure that your fuel station stays contained and is not at risk of catching fire. We offer two different sizes of our hazmat safe specialized fuel cans. They are:

Dip Can Size Recommendations

Quart size: Good for most small poi wicks, staffs, and hoop wicks

Gallon size: Needed for monkey fist poi and larger props like swords & meteor darts

Important Fire Safety Notes

If a fuel station ever does catch fire do not attempt to put it out! It is far more likely that you will spread it or catch fire yourself than to actually put out the fire. The best thing to do is get to a safe distance (usually at least 10 feet) & wait for the fuel to be used up. If anything surrounding the fuel station starts to catch contact the fire department immediately. Play at your own risk & play safe!
